Our Story

Why Maidily was
created - to help.

I created Maidily out of necessity for my cleaning business - Maid to Glow. When I first started searching for ways to automate Maid to Glow, everything seemed too expensive, full of functions I would never (rarely) need - so I was not happy with the idea of paying hundreds for functions I would not be using. I decided to create something to internal for Maid to Glow.

I realized that other people could find what I had useful so I decided to offer it to everyone in the cleaning industry by creating Maidily! What helped me grow and management my cleaning business can help you too now. It’s simple, effective, and affordable - the opposite of my experience with other software when I was growing Maid to Glow.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, once you cancel through Settings – Subscription, your Subscription will end at the end of the current billing periodyou are in and all features will be disabled for your account.

Does my company need to have a website in order to use Maidily?

No, our online checkout and booking calculator forms are always available for online use but even if you don’t have a website you can use Maidily by manually creating Customers, Jobs, Employees/Contractors, sending Reminders, and Job Assignments

Can I switch between Subscription plans at any point in time?

Yes, you can! Just go to Settings – Subscription and pick the plan you want! Features will be unlocked immediately and your new billing date will be the date you switched to your new plan

If my employees have an account does that mean they have access to everything?

No, we have different permissions depending on what type of Profile is selected for the employee you created! Visibility and other functionality may be limited. Check out our knowledge articles for more information on this

Is there a contract?

No! We’re here to free you, not tie you down! There’s no type of commitment, you are free to come and go as you please.

Are you available in other countries?

Yes, we are also available in Australia and United Kingdom!
